About us
Revive and Thrive Coaching ltd. is a professional coaching, facilitation and health consultancy company that works with individuals and organisations that believe they can do better.
The principal coach of Revive and Thrive Coaching is Ron Tustin.
Coaching credentials.
Ron has been professionally trained, firstly as a coach and mentor with Global Resonance (Anouk Graav) and secondly is a Core essentials Graduate of CoachU.
He has been coaching (as a manager)since 2001 and has been self-employed as a coach since 2008.
Ron has been a member of the International Coach Federation(ICF), the coaching industry's premier training and certification organization since 2007. Subsequently all clients are offered the protection of the ICF Code of Ethics.
Ron's path to coaching
Ron's work and life experience has been all about working with other people. After working in public health he realised that no matter how much advice you may have to give to others, you cannot make anyone change. That change has to come from inside that person from their own ideas and values- a good coach will skillfully help you to achieve this.
In 2004 Ron realised that his managerial position was not providing him with the fulfillment and balance that he really wanted in his life. After much soul searching and his own coaching he decided it was time to move on and give himself a chance to shine. He moved from one end of New Zealand to the other and from being a long time employee to being self employed.
Through that experience, he is now a serious promoter of:
